Who Can Use This
To rename sidebar items, users must:
Have a SuperAdmin or Admin role
Have access to Workspace Config
Getting Started
Go to Sidebar Settings
Navigate to Workspace Config → Sidebar & Access
Edit Section or Item Name
Click the icon beside any editable section or item
Enter a new name (maximum 20 characters)
Both singular and plural forms are shown for clarity
Click Save to apply
Platform-Wide Behavior
Renamed items update everywhere immediately:
Sidebar navigation
Notifications and alerts
Task templates and project orders
Email display text
Exceptions
The following items cannot be renamed:
Help & Support
Workspace Configuration
Settings
Additional Notes
Limit of 20 characters per renamed item
Non-editable sections will have the edit icon disabled
Changes are global to the workspace and affect all users
