How It Works
1. Set Up Your Subscription Plan
Go to your Service Settings
Choose a subscription billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
Set pricing and activate the plan
2. Invoices Are Generated Automatically
For self-checkout clients: Invoices are auto-created at each billing cycle
For manual orders: The first invoice is created manually, then recurring invoices are automated
3. What Happens If Payment Fails?
The invoice stays Open.
No new order is created.
Both the client and the agency receive notifications.
Good to Know
Invoices repeat only if their status is Open or Paid
Errors in invoice creation are auto-fixed later, with backlog adjustments
First invoice timing matters!
