How to Add Add-ons to Manual Orders
1. Prepare Your Setup
Create your main service
Go to Forms → Add-ons
Create your add-on and link it to the service
Add-ons must match the service type (one-time vs subscription)
2. Create a Manual Order
Go to Orders → + Create Order
Select your client and then the service
3. Add the Add-on
If linked correctly, you’ll see an Add-on section
Choose one or more add-ons
Fill in other order details (pricing, notes, etc.)
Don't see the add-on section? Double-check if your add-on is linked to the selected service.
4. Finalize the Order
Review everything
Click Create Order
You're done
Things to Remember
Add-ons must be created and linked before they appear in manual orders
If no add-ons are linked, the Add-on button won’t show
Add-ons and services are billed together but tracked separately
