How to Add Add-ons to Manual Orders

1. Prepare Your Setup

  • Create your main service

  • Go to Forms → Add-ons

  • Create your add-on and link it to the service

Add-ons must match the service type (one-time vs subscription)

2. Create a Manual Order

  • Go to Orders → + Create Order

  • Select your client and then the service

3. Add the Add-on

  • If linked correctly, you’ll see an Add-on section

  • Choose one or more add-ons

  • Fill in other order details (pricing, notes, etc.)

Don't see the add-on section? Double-check if your add-on is linked to the selected service.


4. Finalize the Order

  • Review everything

  • Click Create Order

  • You're done


Things to Remember

  • Add-ons must be created and linked before they appear in manual orders

  • If no add-ons are linked, the Add-on button won’t show

  • Add-ons and services are billed together but tracked separately
