Client Task Requests in Agency Handy

Let your clients create tasks directly within active orders—making collaboration easier and clearer for both sides.


Why use it?

  • Better collaboration – Clients can communicate needs directly

  • Task clarity – Requests come with descriptions and files

  • Trackable workflow – Approved tasks move into the agency’s pipeline


How Clients Request a Task

1. Log in as a Client

  • Sign in to your Agency Handy client account

2. Go to Orders

  • Click the Orders tab from the left menu

  • Select an existing order

3. Create a Task

  • Click + Request a Task

  • Fill in the form:

    • Task Name

    • Description

    • Attachment (Max 1 GB, many formats supported)

    • Start and End Date

  • Click Request to submit


What Happens Next?

  • The agency gets a notification

  • They can preview, approve, or reject the task

  • Once approved, the task enters the project workflow


File & Format Tips

  • Max file size: 1 GB

  • Accepted formats: .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .zip, .mp4, and more

  • Only 1 file can be uploaded one single time per task
