Use Client Configuration to organize your clients into custom categories and groups for smarter management and faster access.


Why use it?

Categorize Clients

How to Create & Use Categories

1. Open Client Settings

  • Log in to Agency Handy

  • Go to the Clients tab

  • Click Configuration

2. Create a Category

  • Click Create Category

  • Fill in:

    • Name (e.g., “VIP Clients”)

    • Short Description

    • Color for easy identification

  • Click Create

3. Assign Clients to Categories

  • In the Clients tab, click Edit on a client

  • Select a Category from the dropdown

  • Save changes

4. Filter by Category

  • Use the filter menu to view clients in a specific category


Group Clients Together

Create and manage client groups to organize clients by campaigns, teams, or any custom grouping.

How to Create & Use Groups

1. Create a Group

  • Go to the Clients tab

  • Click Groups → Create Group

  • Enter a Group Name

  • Click Save

2. Assign Clients to a Group

  • From the client list, click Edit on a client

  • Choose a Group from the group dropdown

  • Save changes

3. Sort Client Groups

  • In the Groups section, use Sort Options to organize groups:

    • A–Z

    • Z–A

    • Created At (Newest/Oldest)


Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive names for both categories and groups

  • Keep groups updated as projects or teams change

  • Combine categories for status and groups for collaboration

  • Use colors and sorting to navigate faster
