How to Create a Service
1. Start from Services
Log in to Agency Handy
Go to the Services tab
Click + Create Service
2. Fill in Service Details
Name – Clear & descriptive
Cover Image – JPG, PNG, JPEG (max 5 MB)
Description – What’s included, who it’s for
Pricing – Choose one-time or recurring
Currency & Duration – Define amount & usage period
Click Next
3. Add Packages
Click + Add More Packages (up to 3 total)
For each package:
Package Name
What’s Included – Up to 15 features
Duration
Price
(Optional) Trial Period
💡 Tip: Use distinct names like “Starter,” “Pro,” or “Enterprise”
4. Add Tasks & FAQs
Click Describe Service
Default Tasks – Add standard tasks clients can expect
FAQs – Add questions with answers to clarify common concerns
Click Save & Continue
5. Add Intake Form (Optional)
Click + Create New Intake Form or select an existing one
Or click Skip if not needed
Click Update to finish setup
